Characteristics of the hydroponic cultivation system

The Growrilla RDWC 9 2.0 is a deep water culture (DWC) hydroponic system designed to provide fast growth and high yield. Suitable for indoor and greenhouse crops, it is ideal for a 150 x 150 cm area, offering growers precise control of nutrient and oxygen supply.

Thanks to this advanced hydroponic technique, each plant grows in a net pot filled with clay pebbles, with its roots submerged in a constantly oxygenated nutrient solution. This increased oxygenation stimulates nutrient absorption, accelerates root development, and significantly improves yields.

His RDWC recirculation system allows to connect multiple pots to a central controller pot, ensuring a homogeneous circulation of nutrients through a water pump. This balanced circulation stabilizes the pH in all pots, guaranteeing ideal conditions for plant growth.

For optimal thermal management, the system can be connected to a water chiller via the inlet and outlet fittings located on the controller pot. The new food-grade plastic pots feature an innovative design black on the inside and white on the outside, preventing algae growth while reflecting light to maintain an optimal temperature for the nutrient solution.
