General Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationships between Saucegrowing SRL and any person making a purchase via the site https://www.Saucegrowing.be/.
By placing an order on our site, the buyer accepts these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.

3. Products and services

The products sold on Saucegrowing.be are intended for horticulture and cultivation, including nutrient, tools, and equipment.
The photos of the products are non-contractual. Descriptions are provided for information purposes only and may be subject to change.

4. Price

All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
Delivery costs are not included in the price of the products and will be calculated when confirming the order.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced at the price displayed at the time of the order.

5. Payment terms

Orders must be paid by bank transfer.
Payment information is communicated to the buyer during validation of the order.
The order will be shipped once payment is received and confirmed.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped via Bpost, DPD, or Mondial Relay, depending on the buyer's choice.
Delivery times are estimated between 3 to 20 working days, depending on the destination.
Delivery delays cannot give rise to damages or order cancellation.
The buyer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any damage to the carrier within 48 hours.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with European legislation, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal.
Returns are accepted provided that the products are unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the event of a defective product or error on the part of the seller.
To exercise this right, the buyer must contact the seller by e-mail at info.Saucegrowing@gmail.with.

8. Guarantees and liability

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
The seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order in the event of a problem.

9. Protection of personal data

The personal data collected is used exclusively to process orders and improve the customer experience.

10. Disputes and applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Belgian legislation.
