Characteristics of the hydroponic cultivation system

The Growrilla RDWC 6 is an advanced hydroponic system, designed to provide fast and uniform growth over a surface of 150 x 150 cm. Ideal for indoor or greenhouse cultivation, it allows plants to develop their roots directly in a continuously oxygenated nutrient solution, thus ensuring optimal nutrient absorption and accelerated growth.

In this Recirculating Deep Water Culture (RDWC) system, plants grow in a net pot filled with clay pebbles, with their roots submerged in a mineral solution constantly enriched with oxygen thanks to an air pump. This constant oxygenation stimulates their root development, promoting vigorous growth and high yield.

The central controller pot ensures a homogeneous circulation of the nutrient solution, maintaining a balanced pH in all pots. Thanks to the water pump, the distribution of nutrients is uniform, thereby optimizing the health and productivity of the plants.

This system can be connected to a water chiller via its inlet and outlet connections, ensuring ideal thermal management. The high-performance air pump provides continuous oxygenation to the roots through an air stone, maintaining a optimal level of dissolved oxygen, essential for healthy root development and efficient nutrient absorption.
