Features of the Qnubu Electric Vibrating Sieve

The Qnubu electric sieve is a professional device designed to automate the sieving of dry materials in various sectors: food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and others.

Equipped with two interchangeable sieves (70 and 140 microns), it ensures fast, precise, and homogeneous sieving, even in large quantities. Thanks to its vibrating technology (up to 1150 cycles/min), the process is optimized, reducing manual effort while guaranteeing effective sorting of fine particles.

Compact and easy to use, it is perfectly suited for laboratories, workshops, or projects requiring fine sorting. It includes a non-slip mat to stabilize the device during operation.

Instructions for use:

1. Place the non-slip mat on a stable surface.
2. Install the desired sieve (70 or 140 microns).
3. Fill the sieve one-third full with the material to be processed.
4. Position and secure the lid with the fasteners.
5. Place a collection container under the outlet.
6. Press the power button to start.
