Advanced Nutrients is a Canadian brand created in 1999 by the cultivator Big Mike. Legend has it that there was a time when most major industry players tried to distance themselves from the truth by claiming their nutrients were rather intended for tomato cultivation and wouldn't even hold up in a garden or grow room with one of their clients, one man stood out, side by side with his fellow producers, embracing the truth and pulling back the curtain to expose the good and bad sides of indoor and outdoor cultivation, innovating at the same time the way marijuana has been grown for over four decades now. 

Advanced Nutrients is considered by most growers as the best nutrient brand both in terms of yield and final product quality. It is also the easiest to manage because, in addition, with its use plants generally require less care.

The feeding charts are designed over a 12-week period, including 4 weeks of vegetative growth and 8 weeks of Bloom. The last two weeks are dedicated to rinsing the plants before the harvest. This complete program optimizes the use of nutrients and additives at each phase to maximize plant health and yield.

Note that these feeding charts are based on cultivation with liquid nutrients, and Advanced Nutrients also offers more suitable soluble nutrients for professional cultivation such as "The Bud Factor X Big Bud Powder, the flowering accelerator Bud Blood, the base nutrients Sensi Grow & Bloom Powder, and the Voodoo Juice Plus tablets". The beneficial side of Powder nutrients is that they allow cultivating more surface area than with liquid nutrients, which are already diluted with water when purchased, and cost less for the same cultivation area.

First of all, don't forget that it is always better to start with half the recommended dose, because your Potting soil often already contains nutrients, which could lead to an overload.

Here the feeding chart is based on a light cycle for feminized plants. For automatics, you will need to reduce the amount of nutrient dosed a bit. At first glance, one might think there is quite a range of nutrients to add at each watering, but wait to see the expert feeding chart to understand.
Just for info, you are not obliged to use all the nutrients indicated on the feeding charts because the prices for a complete range are quite high.
If your budget is tight, you can already grow with the basic necessary nutrients which are PH Perfect Grow, Micro and Bloom, for the root stimulant you have Voodoo Juice, then in flowering you will use the stimulant Big Bud to promote the yield, and you will finish with Overdrive. For flushing you can either use Flawless Finish, or you can also do without.

Germination Phase (Week 1)

  • Light : 18 hours light / 6 hours dark

    • pH Perfect Grow, Micro, Bloom : Not necessary at this stage.
    • Additives:
      • Voodoo Juice (Root Stimulant) : 2 ml/L
      • B-52 (Growth Support) : 2 ml/L
    • Note : Keep the Potting soil moist but not soaked.

Vegetative Growth Phase (Week 2-4)

  • Light : 18 hours light / 6 hours dark

      • Flawless Finish : 2 ml/L (to eliminate remaining nutrients and prepare the harvest)

As you can see with the expert feeding chart, it's not about going easy; you already have all the nutrients from the beginner feeding chart and for the nutrients to add, it will depend on your expectations. For example, for the roots you will use Voodoo Juice, Tarantula and Piranha combined to provide maximum vitality to the root system. During flowering, you will have a cocktail including Bud Factor X, Big Bud, Rhino Skin, Bud Ignitor, Bud Candy and more.
What is certain is that with the complete range you get baseball bats instead of buds.

which stage is micro – is used first 4 weeks? Second stage is Grow from 4-8 weeks? third stage bloom is the last 4 weeks? is it only one used at each stage or do you have to use a different product at three different times of day?
