Characteristics of the Plagron Perlite substrate

Plagron Perlite is a mineral amendment made from volcanic rock expanded at high temperature. It is used to aerate substrates, improve drainage, and promote root development.

Thanks to its light and porous structure, it allows better soil oxygenation, prevents substrate compaction, and retains a useful amount of moisture for plant growth. It is suitable for both potted plants and open ground cultivation.

Ideal for:
